The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to summarize and demonstrate the general data controlling activity of IMPELTECH, LLC acts in the capability of a data controller but not including the data controlling of any business activities.
The data controller activity of IMPELTECH, LLC, as Data Controller is being regulated by the Privacy Policy herein.
Information Collection
In order to create an account and use Flangapp AI services, a customer is required to give some certain information. Depending on how customer use Flangapp AI, that may included:
- Information (such as Email, telephone number) by completing registration form in Flangapp AI.
- Your login and password details, in connection with the account sign-in process. Details of any request and transactions you make through Flangapp AI.
- Information about your activity on and interaction with Flangapp AI, such as your IP Address and the type of device you use.
- Communications you send to us (for example, when you ask for support, send us questions, images, or comments, or report problems…)
Private Information
We are the sole owners of the information collected in Flangapp AI. We only have access to collected information that you voluntarily give us. Any data you provided will not be publicly displayed or revealed to other users.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it beyond what is necessary to operate the Service. To provide certain features, a limited amount of data is shared with the third-party providers described in the "Third-Party Services" section below. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contact us.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email to tell you about updates, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
Data Encrypted
We value your personal or business’s privacy, so when you access websites using Flangapp AI application, Flangapp AI will encrypt sensitive data before sending it to our servers. We encrypt the following data:
- Session identificators stored in Cookies.
- URLs of active browsers tab.
Third-Party Services
Flangapp AI is sold exclusively through the Envato Market (CodeCanyon), so your license purchase and its payment details are processed and stored by Envato under Envato's own privacy policy, not by us.
To operate the platform on your own server, we rely on a small number of third-party providers, and only the data required for each feature to work is shared with them:
- GitHub and Codemagic, to store your application source code and build the Android/iOS app files.
- The payment provider you enable (Stripe, RazorPay, PayPal or Paystack) and, for push notifications, OneSignal — each receives only the data needed to process a payment or deliver a notification.
- Our AI model provider, when you use the Flangapp AI chat or live preview: your messages, any screenshots you attach, and the relevant public content of the website being converted are sent to the model to generate a response. This data is used only to answer your request and is not used to publicly identify you.
We choose providers that offer reasonable data protection, but each of them processes data under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.
Uses
We will use the information you provide to:
- Identify when you sign in your account.
- Enable us to contact you regarding any questions.
- Enable us to provide you the Services of Flangapp AI.
- Send you update notifications.
- Administer your account with us.
Security
We are very serious in securing your data and preserving your privacy. When you submit sensitive information via Flangapp AI, your information is protected both online and offline. We never expose your personal information on Facebook, Messenger, Telegram, or any other third-party services without your permission. We do not and will not sell your data.
We have separate encrypted servers with limited access. We monitor all transactions with it and we keep our software up-to-date.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees with specific jobs (for example, support, customer service or technician) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers we stored personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
Summary
To modify or delete the personal information you provided to us, please log in and update your profile or contact our customer support.
People under 18 (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) are not permitted to use Flangapp AI on their own, and so this privacy policy makes no provision for their use of Flangapp AI.
Information you provided through Flangapp AI may be transferred to countries other than where you reside. We will protect all information you provided in accordance with this privacy policy.
